摘    要:介绍了天津100万t/a乙烯装置塔径φ12600 mm汽油分馏塔用国产化方案取代工艺包方案的原因,优化设计中采用的集成创新技术,对生产技术指标、经济效益、社会效益、技术水平及塔系优化进行了展望,显示了我国在高难度超大型塔器的研发和工程设计方面的跨越式发展及国际竞争力。

Abstract:The reasons why the process package was replaced by domestic optimized design program for φ12 600 mm gasoline fractional tower of Tianjin 1 000 000 t/a Ethylene Plant were given.The integrated technology innovation used in this optimized design program was introduced.Technical indices,economic and social benefits,technical level,and towers optimization were analyzed,which shows China is improvement in its international competitive capacity for large-sized towers with super-difficulty in research & development,engineering design.
