三维海流传感器信号采集系统的设计与实验

摘    要:针对上升流流速缓慢难以测量的问题,设计了一种基于测量应变的新式海流传感器.通过电桥转换得到几微伏到几百微伏的微弱电压信号,采用高精度AD转换芯片AD7195作为海流传感器的核心电路,降低量化噪声.采用高精度基准电源以及交流激励、比率测量技术,提高模数转换精度;设计了上位机控制软件,可方便地调整模数转换参数和观察测量结果.通过实验验证了该信号采集系统能够满足海流传感器的测量要求.

Abstract:To solve the problem that slow upwelling is difficult to be measured,a new kind of ocean current sensor based on the measurement of strain is designed.The weak voltage that ranges from a few microvolt to hundreds of microvolt is obtained by bridge transformation.The high-precision AD converter chip AD7195 is taken as the core circuit of ocean current sensor to reduce the quantization noise.The high precision reference power supply and AC excitation,ratio measurement technology are used to improve the accuracy of analog-to-digital conversion.PC control software is designed,which can conveniently adjust the analog-to-digital conversion parameters and observe the measurement results.The experiment verifies that the signal acquisition system can meet the measurement requirements of ocean current sensor.
