大台井俯伪斜分段密集采煤法数值模拟研究

摘    要:以京煤集团木城涧矿大台井为例,建立了三维空间立体有限元模型,对该矿采用俯伪斜分段密集采煤法时煤层顶、底板在开采前、后应力场和位移场的变化情况进行了数值模拟计算,给出了现场最关心的煤层顶、底板应力和位移随煤层倾角变化的等值线和关系曲线,从而得到了一些新的认识,即计算结果中煤层顶、底板法向最大应力和最大位移是表征顶、底板运动规律的重要指标.最后分析指出了开采过程中易发生破坏的危险区域和地段.

Abstract:Based on Datai Mine of Beijing Coal Group as an example, this paper builds up three dimensional finite element model of Ansys software of oblique sublevel concentration coal mining method novelly. The transformations of stress field and displacement field of coal layer roof and floor are calculated. The isoline and relationship curves between stress and displacement and coal layer angles are given out according to numerical simulation. Then we sum up a few new rules that normal direction's stresses and displacements are important characteristic factors, they show the movement laws of coal layer roof and floor. At last dangerous areas and locations where damage is easy to happen are predicted and pointed out for effective prevention.
