三峡电站水轮机性能和结构特点评析

摘    要:三峡工程投资巨大,其回收投资的唯一手段三峡电站的发电收益。因此作为电站核心设备之一的水轮机,其性能的好坏和运行可靠性如何,是能否发挥工程效益的关键所在。大容量大尺寸混流式水轮机的结构设计和制造工艺也是一个技术挑战,兹以三峡水轮机模型试验为基础,较为全面地介绍和评析了三峡水轮机主要部件的结构特点和特性。

Performance and Structural Features of Turbines in Three Gorges Plant
Abstract:The benefit from hydropower generation is the sole resource to recover the huge investment into the Three Gorges Project. The performance and operation reliability of the turbines as the key equipment of the hydro plant, would be the most crucial to make the most of the equipment. At the Three Gorges Project the turbine has a rated output of 710 MW and the runner has a diameter of 10 m. They are, in terms of the output and size, the biggest mixed flow turbines in the world, inevitably, facing challenges technically in structural design and manufacturing procedures. In this paper the authors describe and evaluate in detail the structural features and characteristics of the main components of the turbines to be used in the Three Gorges hydro plant.
