三峡工程塑料冷却水管现场试验与研究

将塑料水管作为大坝混凝土的冷却水管在国外已得到较广泛的使用 ,而国内仅在二滩水利枢纽中普遍使用。在三峡工程中进行塑料水管替代黑铁管作为混凝土冷却水管现场试验 ,分析比较其冷却效果 ,以便在满足三峡工程实际应用的前提下 ,寻找合适的塑料管材、施工方法与施工工艺。此次试验表明 :三峡工程采用塑料水管代替黑铁管作为坝体冷却水管将在简化施工、进度和温控效果上带来一定效益

Field Test on Cooling Water Plastic Pipes for Three Gorges Dam

The cooling water plastic pipes have been widely used in concrete dams abroad, but only on the Ertan hydroelectric project in China. The field test on plastic pipes replacing the cooling water black iron pipes was conducted at the Three Gorges dam, to make a comparison of cooling effect and find the proper plastic pipe material, construction method and procedures, based on the practical conditions of the Three Gorges Project.It has been indicated from this test that if the cooling water iron pipes are replaced with plastic pipes at the Three Gorges dam certain benefits could be won from simplifying of construction procedures, time schedule and temperature control effect.
