| 摘 要： | 提出了一种利用计算机和普通扫描仪进行焊缝的断面形状测量和处理的新方法，并介绍了作者开发的焊缝图像处理软件的使用。该软件可方便地测量焊缝的轮廓形状，并可给出焊缝形状的拟合二次曲线方程，为全面准确地描述焊缝形状提供参考。

| Abstract: | A new method of measuring the welding bead shape by the use of computer and scanner is introducedin this article. With the developed software by the authors to process the scanned imagination, the width andthe height of a welding bead can be easily measured and a curve function to exactly describe the shape of the welding bead can be given by the software. |
