新型空间凸轮活齿传动的弹性动力润滑分析

摘    要:应用弹流润滑理论,对空间凸轮活齿传动的最小油膜厚度进行了分析计算,结果表明,活齿与凸轮、活齿与端齿之间,当表面粗糙度较低时可以获得全油膜润滑。本文的研究为进一步改善该新型传动的润滑特、提高传动的效率提供了理论基础。

Abstract:According to the theories of Elastohydrodynamic lubrication, the minimum oil films thickness of a new spatial cam sliding tooth gearing device was calculated and analysed. It showed that full oil lubrication between the sliding tooth and the cam, the sliding tooth and the face tooth, could be carried out when the surface's coarseness was lower enough. It lays the foundation for further studying on this new type transmission's lubrication characters and improving the transmission efficiency
