| Abstract: | In this paper,the author sets forth some ideas about how to do well the scientific research files work of colleges and universities and also puts forward several measures to it in view of the professional level,awareness and initiative of the scientific research files personnel concerned;the leadership,funds,and facilities;the function,administration regulation;becoming standardized,sorting and binding up the files into volumes,developing and making full use of the files,and the future orientation of the scientific research files work. |
