| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种自行车架管与管相贯线接续自动焊接系统的结构、组成和工作原理，推导出了该系统用来控制焊枪运动轨迹的关键部件──凸轮形状与尺寸的计算公式，该系统已成功地应用于自行车架的自动焊接生产，是一种低成本自动化的新型管连接专用焊接系统。

| Abstract: | An automatic arc welding system for intersection-line seams of bicycle pipes was developed and its structure, components and working principle are introduced in this paper. It deduces the equations for calculating the geometry and dimensions of the cams which are the key parts to control the moving locus of arc welding torchs. The system has been successfully applied to the automatic welding production of bicycle frames. It is a new type of low-cost-automation welding system for pipe-connection. |
