螺杆泵井偏磨机理研究

摘    要:地面驱动螺杆泵采油系统近年在油田应用数量逐步增多,随之而来的抽油杆管偏磨现象也日趋严重,制约了油田生产。针对这种情况,全面分析了螺杆泵杆管偏磨机理,并提出了防治偏磨的一些有效措施,包括坐封控制及使用旋转锚替代坐封,合理使用扶正器及其下放位置计算方法,采用合理的转速,缩小杆径及使用连续抽油杆等。

Abstract:As more and more production wells adopt progressive cavity pump,the eccentric wear of the rod becomes serious and restrains the production of oilfield.This paper analyses the eccentric wear of production well by adopting progressive cavity pump and gives some proposals to prevent and cure the eccentric wear of the rod,which includes controlling the setting force and using the revolving anchor instead of setting,using the centering device correctly and defining the right position in the well,adopting the rotate speed reasonably,using the continuous rod and reducing the diameter of the rod.
