| 摘 要： | 我国建筑涂料施工技术近年来取得长足进步。包括建筑涂料施工工具的发展如辊筒种类增多、喷涂机械发展、施工辅助机械应用；建筑涂料施工技术的发展如仿铝塑板装饰涂膜施工技术，金属光泽复层涂料施工技术、旧外墙面修补重涂技术和功能性建筑涂料施工技术等。我国建筑涂料施工中尚存在一些问题，这些问题影响了我国建筑涂料特别是外墙涂料的应用，制约了我国建筑涂料的发展。

| Abstract: | China has achieved great progress in building paint, including the development of paint construction tools such as the increase of roller variety, development of spraying machine, application of auxiliary construction equipment, the development of painting construction technologies such as those of Aluminum plastics decorative film and multi-coat metal-glossy paint, renovation and re-painting of old exterior wall as well as construction of functional building paint etc. Analysis is made on the existing problems in the construction of building paint which have affected the application of building paint, in particular, exterior wall paint in China, and restrained its development. |
