电子探针分析方法及在材料研究领域的应用

摘    要:本文以岛津EPMA-1610型电子探针在材料分析中的典型应用为例,对其主要分析方法展开讨论,并就微量元素的检测方面较能谱的优势进行了详细说明。如催化剂中微量元素的线分析,马氏体中微量元素的面分析及盘条中心偏析的定量测定等方面。

Abstract:In this paper,some typical applications of Shimadzu EPMA-1610 in material are discussed.The main analysis methods and the advantages of EPMA in testing trace elements were described.For example,line analysis of trace elements in the catalyst,and mapping analysis of trace elements in the martensite and quantitative analysis of center segregation in rod were introduced.To sum up,it is indispensable for EPMA in the field of materials research.
