球铁石墨形态炉前快速识别技术研究与应用状况评述

摘    要:球铁石墨形态炉前快速识别技术目前有直接快速检测和间接快速检测两大类。炉前快速金相法是目前仅有的一种直接快速检测法,间接快速检测法有三角试样法、铁液表面观察法、热分析法、相对导热率法、共晶膨胀法、比电阻法和表面张力法等。现对各种方法的原理和优缺点作简要介绍。

Abstract:There are two categories of on-spot rapid graphite morphology te st methods for nodular iron production at present :direct method and indirect m ethod.So far the on-spot fast metallographic method is the only direct method .The indirect methods include wedge specimen method,the method of judging acco rding to the surface features of molten iron,thermal analysis method,relative thermal conductivity method,eutectic expansion method,specific electric resist ance method and surface tension method.The principle,strong and weak points of every method were briefly introduced.
