型钢矫直机托辊装置的优化与改进

摘    要:针对悬臂辊式矫直机的结构特点及使用中存在的问题,从完善其使用功能出发,设计完成了型材矫直托辊装置,并在生产实践中不断对其进行改进完善,不仅较好地解决了中、小型材在离线精整矫直过程中发生的头、尾部漏矫现象,还解决了单只轧件在生产矫直运行中存在的“脱尾”问题,使得后续精整工序更合理流畅,生产作业效率也有了较大提高。由于不再对矫直后的型材头尾部进行二次锯切,故较大幅度提高了产品的成材率,降低了相关辅材的消耗,节省了生产现场二次倒运堆放场地,产品质量有了明显提高。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics and the problem existing in the application of cantilever style straightening machine, and in order to improve the use function, the roll style straightening machine was designed. Moreover the machine was improved continuously in the practice. This machine not only can solve the missing straightening situation on the head and tail for small section steel during offline accurate straightening process, but also can solve the problem of tail off during the straightening process for single rolling piece. By this machine, the accurate straightening process can be more reasonable, and the productive efficiency can be enhanced. For this machine eliminating the need for the second cut on the head and tail of the section steel that after straightening, the yield efficiency can be improved greatly, meanwhile the consumption of the supplementary material is lower, the stacking space for secondary movement is saved. Finally, the production quality is improved obviously.
