摘    要:压料面是工艺补充的一个重要组成部分,对汽车覆盖件的拉深成形起着重要作用.通过数值模拟的方法研究了局部凸柱面压料面形式对方盒形件拉深成形的影响,获得了局部凸柱面压料面形式对毛坯变形区应变分布影响的规律.结果表明:压料面形状在很大程度上决定了毛坯变形区的应力状态,通过控制压料面形状可以控制材料的变形流动,上凸压料面可以改善局部板平面内的压应力状态,减小起皱,提高成形性.

Abstract:Blank-hold surface is an important part of process supplement, which remarkably influences the deep drawing of auto body panel.
