含钡硅酸盐水泥矿物研究

摘    要:在硅酸盐水泥生产中,CaCO3的分解需要大量的热,致使水泥生产的热耗很高.因此设法降低水泥矿物中Ca的含量.就能降低产品能耗.试验主要用分析纯化学试剂碳酸钡对C2S和C3S中的钙离子进行取代,形成一种新系列的含钡硅酸钙矿物:重点对C2S及其含钡C2S系列矿物的强度进行测定,找出其发展规律及强度最高的矿物配比.试验发现,钡取代量达0.75mol时的含钡C2S硅酸钙矿物的强度明显高于硅酸二钙矿物,依据对该配料点矿物的测试数据.对该熟料矿物的形成和水化机理进行了初步的研究.

Abstract:In Portland cement production,the calcining of CaCO_3 need high heat which make the production heat consumption high, and then to lower the Ca content can reduce the energy consumption.The experiment used analytical-reagent BaCO_3 to replace the Ca~(2+) in C_2S and C_3S and produced a new calcium silicate mineral containing Ba,and tested the strength of C_2S and Ba-C_2S mineral to find the best mineral proportion.The experiment found that when the replaced Ba reached 0.75mol,the strength of Ba-C_2S mineral ...
