DDS脱硫技术及其应用

摘    要:探讨了DDS催化剂脱碳脱炭的机理,建立了相应的数学模型,并通过实验验证了该数学模型完全可以指导工业设计。实际运行结果表明,DDS脱硫新技术在多家合成氨厂的变换气和半水煤气脱硫工段应用获得成功,其脱硫效果和综合经济效益优于传统的湿法脱硫技术。

Abstract:The mechanism is discussed of desulfurization and CO 2 removal by the DDS catalyst, a relevant mathematical model is established, and it is verified through experiments that the model can fully guide industrial design. Actual operation results indicate that the new technology of DDS desulfurization has been used in a number of ammonia plants with success for the desulfurization of shift effluent gas and semi water gas, its desulfurization result and comprehensive economic benefit being better than those of the traditional wet desulfurization technology.
