摘    要:气-液撞击流接触器中液相平均停留时间及停留时间分布是重要的性能指标和设计参数.采用脉冲示踪法,测定了气-液撞击流过程中,液相的停留时间分布;以水为介质,黑色碳素墨水作示踪剂,采用光电非接触法检测,经计算机数据采集、处理,得到撞击流过程中液相停留时间分布曲线.初步考察了不同气体流量,液体流量,对停留时间分布曲线的影响;并与无撞击流的气液过程作对比.结果表明,该实验方法简便、可靠,利于后期数据处理;液体流量的增加使液相的停留时间减小,而气体流量的改变对液相的停留时间分布影响不大.撞击流过程使液相在撞击区的平均停留时间增加30%~50%.

Abstract:A new pulse tracer input technique was used to determine the RTD of liquid phase in gas-liquid impinging stream process. In experiment,carbonic ink as tracer was input into the water system which concentration was measured by photoelectric examination at the impinging zone exit. The new method was more reliable and more convenient for experiment data processing than other methods for RTD determination of this process.Also the influence of gas flow rate and liquid flow rate on RTD was investigated. Results indicated that liquid flow rate has obvious effect on the RTD, but gas flow rate almost has no effect on the RTD. Compared with the single nozzle, the impinging can increase the average residence time of liquid-phase by 30~50 percent.
