航天诱变黑曲霉菌株ZM-8产纤维素酶的固态发酵条件研究

摘    要:以麦秸、麸皮为原料,利用固态发酵对航天诱变后筛选的黑曲霉ZM-8菌株生产纤维素酶的条件进行了研究。结果表明,最佳培养基配方为:小麦秸秆粉与麸皮质量比为8:2,(NH4)2SO4为4%,料水比为1:2;最佳培养条件为:接种量为6%,初始pH值为6.5,培养温度为28℃,培养时间为96h。在以上的培养基和培养条件下,测定滤纸酶(FPA)、羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC)和β-葡萄糖苷酶的活力分别为7.90U/g、24.99U/g、21.74U/g,比出发菌种分别提高了3.0倍、1.66倍、2.24倍。

Abstract:Using wheat stalk and wheat bran as the materials, the conditions for producing cellulase by solid fermentation of the space mutant strain Aspergillus niger ZM-8 were studied. The results indicated that the optimum medium for cellulase production were as follow: the mass ratio of wheat stalk to wheat bran was 8:2, 4% (NH4)2SO4 was used as nitrogen source, and the ratio of material to water was 1:2.
