基于DSP技术的等离子切割机电源系统的研究

摘    要:该设计应用DSP技术对等离子切割电源系统的功率因数进行校正,减小了谐波对电网的干扰,提高了电源输出的稳定性。该系统的各级控制环节采用德州仪器生产的DSP芯片TMS320F2812数字信号处理器进行处理,建立等离子切割电源功率因数的数字化控制系统。该系统应用电流传感器检测boost模块的输入电流,通过采样与A/D变换和PID控制实现稳定的恒电流输出,从而有效地提高了电源系统的功率因数和工作稳定性,增强了系统的抗高频干扰能力。

Abstract:The design improves the power factor in the plasma arc cutting power system with digital singnal processor,induces the inference to electrical network,improves the stability of power supply system.The digital control system for plasma arc cutting power system has been developed by using digital signal processor TMS320F2812,which produced by Taxas Instrument.After sampling,A/D conversion and digital filtering on the input current of boost model,which is detected by current sensor,a stable constant current output characteristic is realized via PID control,So that,the power factor and operational stability of power supply system and the anti-disturbance ability to high frequency noise of digital control system are improved effectively.
