摘    要:基于C8051F020数模混合SOC芯片的固有硬件特点,提出了一种新的系统温度测控软硬件实现方法。经过适当的数字信号处理和数值转换,能够达到较满意的系统温度测控目的。在功能实现中,采用了基于硬件的ADC可编程窗口检测器进行过限值报警,提高系统的实时性。同时,提供了多种冷却风扇的控制方式,进一步提升了芯片温度测控功能的应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the intrinsic hardware features of C8051F020,presented a new method of measuring and controlling system environment temperature,which is realized through making use of software and hardware.By appropriately analysing digital signals and realizing values conversion in the method,it can result in a satisfying measurement and control.Adopted the ADC programming window detector based on hardware for alarming irregular values,and consequently the system real-time performance was improved.Moreover,apply various control modes of cooling fan,and therefore take further step to raise the practical value of the C8051F020 chip on temperature measurement and control.
