模糊层次分析法和模糊理论在危险房屋鉴定中的应用

摘    要:提出危险房屋鉴定的两级模糊综合评判模型,采用加权平均型数学模型,运用模糊层次分析法根据各因素相对重要性确定权重,对房屋组成部分危险性等级隶属函数的某些问题进行了讨论,用非对称贴近度法划分房屋危险性等级,并结合工程实例在鉴定理论方面进行了有益的探讨,对今后的鉴定工作有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:A 2-degree fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for dangerous building appraisal is presented in this paper.The weighted average mathematical model, the determination of the weight of value of each factor according to its sig-nificance by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), the discussion on the questionaboutthe grademembership functionof component and classification of the grade of dangerous building by asymmetric approach degree method are includedin this method, then the theory of appraisal, which provides reference to the work of appraisal in future, is discussed com-bined with an engineering example.
