焦性没食子酸在双水相中分配行为的研究

摘    要:研究了焦性没食子酸(邻苯三酚)在丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系中的分配行为,重点研究了双水相的形成、硫酸铵用量、丙醇体积分数、溶剂用量、pH值对分配比的影响,在实验中确立了焦性没食子酸的最佳实验条件为:硫酸铵用量为6 g、丙醇体积分数为60%、溶剂用量为1∶20、pH=5.57。焦性没食子酸的最大分配比达5.57,相应的萃取率达80%。

Abstract:Partition characteristics of pyrogallol in propanol - ammonium sulfate aqueous two - phase system was studied, and the formation of aqueous two - phase and the effect of ammonium sulfate amount, propanol volume fraction, solvent amount and pH on partition ratio was investigated. The optimum extraction condition was determined as follows : am- monium sulfate amount as 6 g, propanol volume fraction as 60%, ratio of raw materials and solution as 1 : 20 in pH 5.57, with the maximum partition ratio of 5.5 and the extraction rate of 79%.
