| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了国际电工委员会(IEC)制定的用于变电站自动化系统的基于TCP／IP的国际标准IEC 60870—5—104。详细介绍了IEC 60870—5—104的网络参考模型、帧格式结构和通信过程，结合电力系统的实践。提供了一种可行的软件设计方案。介绍了IEC 60870—5—104在目前电网调度中的应用状况，并分析了其在国内电网调度中广泛的应用前景，最后根据存在的问题，提出了一些有益的建议。

| Abstract: | The international standard-IEC 60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol is explained in this paper, which is based on TCP/IP and enacted by the International Electro Technical Commission (IEC). The network reference model, the frames structure and the communication process of IEC 60870-5-104 are introduced. The application status of IEC 60870-5-104 in current power network dispatching system is introduced, and the applications in future are analyzed. According to the practice, a software design scheme is given. In the end, some available problems are discussed, and some good solutions are given. |
