| 摘 要： | 在“以人为本”的社会转型历程中，在现代化的环境中，如何关注本是弱势状态的青少年中的“弱势群体”成了我国学术界讨论的热点问题。本通过对青少年历史发展的考察，对当代城市青少年弱势群体的心理特征的现状作一番深入的分析，从社会心理学、青年学等的角度探讨其心理特征并提出综合调适的对策，以促进社会良性运行和协调发展能力。

| Abstract: | Inside the process of society transfermation based on people and the modernization environment,it becomes the important point of the academic circles that how to concern the disadvantage group of adloescent.Through thinking of the history of adolescent and analyzing the present of psychological characteristics of urban adolescent disadvantage, countermeasures are put forward for comprehensive adjustment to improve society's good operation capability and coordinated development. |
