试论粗纱机纺纱张力的CCD在线监控

摘    要:粗纱卷绕张力决定粗纱的伸长率和卷绕密度,是在线监控的核心.分析了粗纱机纺纱张力CCD检测装置张力~垂度测控原理、特点和存在的问题,认为CCD检测装置对调控粗纱悬跨位置和悬跨张力的作用是肯定的,但由于CCD测控系统采用"悬跨位置基准"进行测试,卷绕张力的主要部分在CCD装置监控之外,测试原理存在缺陷,因而不能对卷绕张力实施正确测控.

Abstract:Roving winding tension is the core of on-line monitoring and it decides roving elongation percentage and winding density. Working principle, speciality and existing problems of CCD set were analyzed too. It is considered that CCD detect set has positive function in roving position and tension. As roving position basic is adopted by CCD detect system, so main winding tension is out of CCD detect area and detect principle fault is existing, correct detect and control of tension can not done.
