| 摘 要： | 通信和计算机网络的高速发展,使基于电话与网络的物流系统越来越普及.研究开发基于短信的电话客户管理软件,通过座机的来电显示,自动调出具有相同电话号码的客户信息并生成订单,然后,通过SMTP协议,利用电子邮件转短信通知的形式将订单发送到外勤员工的手机中,充分利用有线电话、Internet和无线手机,提高物流管理水平. |

| Abstract: | With the fast development of communication and computer network,the distribution system based on them proves to be more and more popular.There are several key approaches to improve the distribution management level:To research and develop the telephone clients management system with short messages,to find client with the same phone number and generate orders automatically through the caller display of telephone,then,send orders to mobile phone of workers who are in charge of outdoor service by SMTP.Make full use of telephones,Internet and cell phones. |
