对我国高职教育分层问题的若干思考

高职教育是我国高等教育体系的一个重要组成部分。推进高职教育的发展 ,是我国今后推进高等教育大众化的必然要求。然而 ,从目前来看 ,我国高职教育的发展形势不容乐观 ,已经明显不适应经济建设的需要与受教育者的需求。只有通过彻底改革传统的高职教育体系 ,加强同传统普通高等教育之间的沟通与合作 ,拓宽高职教育的学科门类 ,提高高职教育的培养层次 ,强化学生职业能力的培养 ,才能使其真正扭转现状 ,实现发展中的突破。

Some Thinking about the Gradation of Higher Vocational Education

Higher vocational education is an important part of the higher education system. It′s necessary to enhance the development of higher vocational education for promoting the popularization of higher education for the future. But the status of higher vocational education is not optimistic. It′s evidently unsuitable for the development of economic and the need of education. To turn the status quo and break through the limit, We must change the system of traditional higher vocational education, enhance the communication and cooperation with general higher education, widen its subject sorts, advance the levels of the cultivation, and strengthen students' ability of profession.
