电化学WO_3基乙醇气敏元件的研制

摘    要:在WO3粉体材料中加入一定质量比的添加剂,于恒温600℃烧结1h制成旁热式厚膜乙醇气敏元件。采用静态电压测量法,研究了元件的加热电压与元件灵敏度β的关系以及添加剂对元件的响应与恢复时间的影响。实验结果表明:WO3基元件掺入质量分数为0.5%的PdC l2在加热功率为600mW下可制作成反应能力强、灵敏度高的乙醇气敏元件。

Abstract:The indirectly heat type thick film ethanol gas sensitive element is prepared by mixing additive into WO3-based and heating for 1h at stable 600 ℃.Based on the static voltage measuring method,the relationship between the tepefaction power and the sensitivity of element,the effect of additive on responding and recovery time for different catalysts is studied.The experiment results show that the small responding and recovery time and high sensitivities of WO3-base ethanol gas sensitive element are made by doping 0.5 % mass fraction PdCl2 with the tepefaction power at 600 mW.
