急救车担架支架两级钢丝绳组合式减振的仿真分析与优化设计

摘    要:针对某型急救车的通用担架支架系统,采用高矮两级组合式钢丝绳弹簧、筒式液压阻尼器和弹性限位装置设计四种新型减振方案。在ADAMS软件中建立包括简化悬架、车身、担架支架、卧姿人体质量块在内的9自由度仿真分析模型,通过对车辆轴头施加实车道路试验测得的垂向加速度信号,在时间域内对仿真模型进行减振分析与优化设计。优化后,最佳减振方案的减振效率达到了31.29%,能够满足工程实际的使用要求。

Abstract:In this paper, four design schemes of vibration absorber are proposed for the stretcher-support system on emergency ambulance.In these schemes, double-stage wire rope vibration absorber with long and short springs, cylinder-shaped damper and elastic limiter devices are employed.The virtual prototype model of nine DOFs is built for dynamic simulation using ADAMS code, including four wheels, vehicle's body, equivalent suspension, stretcher-support system and the mass of supine body.The simulation model is excited in the time domain by acceleration signals on the axletree's end from the road test.The best scheme is selected after simulation and optimization, its vibration absorbing efficiency can reach 31.29% and meet the requirements of application.
