高等教育规模的扩展对传统质量观的冲击 --北京个案:问卷调查及分析

本文结合北京市教委的委托课题“扩招后北京高等学校教育教学质量状况调查”，通过问卷谈等形式，对北京地区大部分高等学校进行了调查。通过对调查问卷的分析我们发现：扩招使传统高等教育质量观的内涵发生了变化－人们对制定高等教育质量标准的主体，高等学校教育教学质量评价机构的类型以及对高等学校所培养的学生质量的看法都正在转变或已经发生了变化；教师素质和学校管理水平被认为是影响高等学校教育教学质量的两个最重要因素。

Impacts on Traditional Notion of Quality as the Scale of Higher Education Expansion--An Investigation of Several Universities in Beijing

Based on the investigation of the quality of several universities in Beijing after the expansion of higher education, this thesis advanced some changes in the connotation of the qualities of higher education, such as the authorities who establish quality standards, the categories of assessment institutions, and the cultivation of students, etc. Further more, the most important factors that influence the quality of higher education are the qualities of faculty and level of administration.
