摘    要:采用加压活性污泥—混凝澄清工艺处理高浓度的乙醛废水 ,此工艺具有容积负荷率高 ,降解速度快 ,出水水质好等优点 ;二级处理进水CODcr为 2 750~ 3 50 0mg L ,操作压力为 0 .2 0MPa时 ,出水CODcr<2 50mg L ,容积负荷率为 2 0~ 2 3kgCODcr m3 .d ,CODcr去除率为 90 %~95% ,深度处理出水CODcr<75mg L ,SS <10mg L ,达到回用水标准

Abstract:The pressure activated sluge-coagulation and clarification process was used for treating the acetaldehyde wastewater with high concentration.The technology had the characteristics of high volumetric load,fast degradation rate and good quality of output water.When the COD er of secondary input water was 2 750~3 500 mg/L,and process pressure was 0.20 MPa,the COD cr of output water was 250 mg/L.and volumetric load was 20~23 kg COD cr /m 3·d,the removal rate of COD cr was 90%~95%.The COD cr and SS of the effuent of advanced treatment was 75 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively,reaching the standard of backwater.
