大型风机叶片法兰轴孔自动对接系统的研究与分析

摘    要:该系统采用液压动力原理,实现叶片根部螺栓与轮毂法兰孔对接过程中的法兰周向与径向精定位调节。对精定位调节液压缸的布局设计进行了分析,并对关键部件——精定位调节垫片进行Simulation CAE仿真分析,确保对中精度并不损伤叶片之目的。对系统所实现的对中效果进行数学分析,验证了该系统的设计功能,并给出了分析结论。

Large Fan Blades and Hole Flange Axis Automatic Docking System Design and Analysis
Abstract:The system only works with hydraulic power, to achieve the blade root and hub flange bolt holes in the process of docking flange circumferential and radial precision positioning adjustment, adjustable hydraulic cylinders for precise positioning of layout is analyzed. And key components -- the fine positioning adjustment shims for simulation CAE finite element analysis to ensure the accuracy of the blade does not damage the purpose. Structure of the system to achieve the effect of the mathematical analysis, verification verify the system design features, analysis of the conclusions are given.
