| Abstract: | Proceeding from the actual conditions of Guanzhong Irrigation Improvement Project by WB Loan,and using the environmental management notion of minimal of project negative influence and reaching the acceptable degree,the article from the point of view of river ethics analyzed the influence of increasing the intake water volume by the improvement project to downstream river and put forward the solution countermeasures. |
