高凝油油藏提高采收率技术研究

摘    要:高凝油油藏在开发过程中,受到流动温度的变化,在地层和近井地带易析蜡和堵塞地层。通过对高凝油性能分析,利用高凝油对温度的敏感性,室内通过化学生热生气体系在油层中生成一定的温度和气体,使得油层温度高于高凝油的凝固温度。保证高凝油具有良好的流动能力,提高了高凝油油藏的开发效果。现场试验结果表明,热化学体系能够达到解堵增产增注的目的,并具有有单井处理用量少,成本低,施工简单等优点,是浅层高凝油油层解堵主要措施之一,为高凝低渗(能)油藏的后继开发指明了新的技术发展思路。

Abstract:In the development process of high pour point crude reservoir,for the alternation of temperature,high pour point crude would drop out wax easily and plug canalus pori in the formation and the near wellbore area.High pour point crude had temperature sensitivity through analyzing the performance of it,which showed that temperature was the most important element for high pour point crude development.To improve the reservoir development effects of high pour point crude reservoir,a thermo chemical reaction system was designed which can provide caloric and gas to raise formation temperatures and pressure,and ensure high pour point crude with good liquidity in the formation.Field test results showed that the thermo chemical reaction system can be achieved the purpose of increasing production.With advantages of treatment in a single well with less,low cost and simple construction,it was one of the main measures for shallow layer of high pour point crude.A new technology development idea was proposed for the high pour point low energy reservoir development.
