| Abstract: | Instead of the standard definition （SD） video conference system, the high definition （HD） video conference system has been an inexorable development trend of the video technology. This paper describes general high-definition television video codec technologies and network communication protocols, and deeply introduces the television system, the configuration, and functions of Henan Province HD administrative conference according to the practical project construction, which provides technical guidances for the engineering construction as well as technical supports for the practical operation and maintenance. |
