摘    要:研究了多指标优选抗疫劳体能茶的功效成分提取工艺。选取乙醇体积分数、醇加量和提取时间为考察因素,以红景天苷含量、淫羊藿苷含量和总黄酮含量(分别采用高效液相色谱法和三氯化铝一紫外可见分光光度法测定)为考核指标.进行正交实验;然后利用小鼠游泳致疲劳模型,以小鼠负重游泳时间为评价指标进行动物实验,确定最佳提取工艺为:以12倍量的50%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2.0h。在此工艺条件下,抗疲劳体能茶不仅功效成分的含量较高,而且具有很好的抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:The extraction process of functional components for Ti-neng Tea was optimized in terms of multi- indicators. Firstly, the orthogonal experiment taking ethanol volume fraction, ethanol amount and extraction time as the factors explored was carried out with indexes of salidroside content, lcariin content and total fla- vonoids content, which were determined by HPLC and A1Cl3-UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Then, taking the swimming time of mice with weight loading as indicator, the animal experiment was carried out based on swim- ming induced fatigue model. The optimum extraction process was obtained finally as follows: extraction twice with refluxing by 12 BV of 50% ethanol,each for 2.0 h. The Ti-neng Tea prepared adopting the above process not only had relatively high content of functional components,but also had excellent anti-fatigue effect.
