超低渗透钻井液成膜剂PF-LHW的室内评价及其在渤海SZ36-1的应用

摘    要:对超低渗透钻井液成膜荆PF-LHW的作用机理进行了分析,通过室内评价实验对PF-LHW成膜剂的性能进行了研究,并将其应用于渤海SZ36-1。结果表明.超低渗透钻井液成膜剂PF-LHW具有良好的降渗效果、承压能力、与钻井液体系的配伍性、油层保护性能,优于国外某同类产品。

Abstract:The action principle of the ultra-low permeability drilling fluid membrane-forming agent PF- LHW was analyzed. The performances of PF-LHW were studied by indoors experimental evaluation. Applica- tion of PF-LHW in Bohai SZ36-1 showed that the performances of PF-LHW was superior to the similar product from abroad for it exhibited better performances of permeability-reducing, bearing load, compatibility with drill- ing fluid system and reservior protection.
