摘    要:目的针对当前焊条包装自动化程度低,技术落后,进口焊条包装生产线价格超高的现状,设计开发HBB20半自动焊条包装生产线。方法按照生产工艺流程和产品技术要求,主要对HBB20半自动包装生产线进行工艺流程设计,包括计量、检测、小包装、透明膜包装、装箱等装置,将单机生产形式变为自动生产线形式,并对小包包装装置及其前后工位物料的传输各部件机构、工作原理进行了分析。结论该焊条包装生产线可以大大降低材料成本,减少人工操作,减小计量误差,提高生产效率。

Abstract:Objective In view of the low automation degree of current electrode packaging, the underdeveloped technology, and the high price of the imported electrode packaging production line, the HBB20 semi-automatic electrode packaging production line was designed and developed. Methods According to the requirements of the production process and product technology, the technical process of HBB20 semi-automatic packaging production line was designed from the aspects of metrology, testing, small packaging, transparent film packaging, packing and other devices, to transform the single machine production into the automatic production line production, and the components and the working principle of the transmission section of the small packaging device and the stations before and after were analyzed. Conclusion The results showed that the electrode packaging production line could greatly reduced the material cost and manual operation, reduce the measurement error, and improve the production efficiency.
