美国社区学院的课程设置及其启示

摘    要:从美国联邦政府和州的职业教育有关法律和规范的层面上,分析了美国社区学院课程设置的特点;通过解读德克萨斯州职业教育教学项目指南,指出了课程必须根据当地行业企业的发展情况灵活设置。以南通纺织职业技术学院"基于工作过程"和"基于社会生活过程"的"双基导向"课程设置理念为例,阐述了我国高职院校把专业教育与素质教育融为一体的课程体系开发的必要性。

Abstract:Characteristics of curriculum in American community colleges are analyzed in terms of the federal and state laws and regulations concerning vocational education.The analysis on A Guide to Texas Vocational Education Projects reveals that courses should be offered flexibly according to the development of local industries and enterprises.Taking the concept of work-process-oriented curriculum and social-life-process-oriented curriculum of Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College as an example,the paper expatiates on the necessity of building a curriculum system which integrates professional education and quality education.
