睢宁二站导叶式混流泵装置流道优化水力设计

摘    要:运用数值计算的方法,对南水北调东线睢宁二站导叶式混流泵进、出水流道进行了优化水力设计研究;运用流道模型试验的方法对数值计算结果进行了验证,并对泵装置性能进行了预测。研究结果表明:经过优化的进、出水流道水力性能优异,水力损失小,流道效率达到了95.5%,预计泵装置效率可达到82%。流道模型试验的结果与数值计算的结果基本一致。

Optimal Design for Conduits of Guide Vane Mixed Flow Pump System in Suining No.2 Pumping Station

Abstract:Numerical simulation method was applied to design the optimal inlet and outlet conduits of Suining No.2 Pumping Station in the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and the model results were verified by the conduit model experiments.Moreover,the performance of the pump system was predicted.The research results indicated that the hydraulic performance of the optimized inlet and outlet conduits is excellent.The hydraulic loss is low,and the efficiency of the conduits reaches 95.5% whereas the efficiency of the pump system can reach 82%.The simulated results were consistent with those obtained from the conduit model test.
