摘    要:对污水换热器常用的多种换热管进行了实验测试.结果表明,管内污垢为典型的有机污垢,其中水和有机物的含量大于96%;污垢的增长函数为以时间为自变量的渐近型函数;管材与管内流速对污垢增长影响明显.

Abstract:Tests several kinds of common heat exchange pipes.The results show that the fouling in the pipes is of typical organic in which the contents of water and organic matter are larger than 96%;the fouling growing function is an asymptotic function with time as the independent variable;the pipe material and in-pipe velocity have obvious influences on fouling growing.
