地源热泵U形竖直地埋管热响应试验及分析

摘    要:以上海某工程为例,通过自主研发的测试装置,采用恒热流法分别对DN32单U形及DN25双U形竖直地埋管试验孔进行了热响应测试,得到了单位管长换热量及岩土的热物性参数,其中双U形管单位管长换热量比单U形管高约20%;双U形管导热系数比单U形管高约15%.建议在选择地埋管形式时应综合考虑场地地质条件、埋管单位管长换热量、管材及钻井难易等因素.

Abstract:Taking a project in Shanghai as an example,conducts thermal response tests of the single U-type pipe with diameter of DN32 and the double U-type pipe with diameter of DN25 by means of a constant thermal flow method through the test device developed independently.Gains the heat exchange capacity of unit pipe length and the thermo-physical properties of soil.The results show that the heat exchange capacity of unit pipe length of the double U pipe is 20 percent greater than that of the single U pipe and that the heat conductivity of double U pipe is 15 percent greater than that of the single U pipe.Suggests considering geological conditions at site,heat exchange capacity of unit pipe length,pipe material,drilling condition,etc.when selecting the type of the buried pipes.
