南通市服务外包业人才开发研究

摘    要:近几年,南通市服务外包业得到快速发展的同时也面临着一些人才发展问题。人才质量、结构与产业需求有差距;人才流动性强,培训力度小;人才培养方向单一,教学与企业需求脱节。要缓解服务外包人才供需之间的矛盾,政府在引进和培养服务外包人才方面要起到主导作用,在政策上给服务外包业人才以支持,加强平台建设支持服务外包业人才培养,分行业确定人才发展对策。

Abstract:Along with the rapid development in recent years,the service outsourcing industry in Nantong city is still faced with problems in talent development,including the gap between the quality and structure of talents and the demand of industry,serious talent flow and weak talent training,the singleness of talent cultivation orientation leading to the mismatch of classroom teaching and enterprise requirements.To alleviate the disparities between the supply and demand of service outsourcing talents,the government should assume a leading role in attracting and cultivating talents,formulating favorable policies,reinforcing platform construction to support talent cultivation and identifying segment industry to determine strategies for talent development.
