高职院校思政课教师与辅导员专兼结合队伍建设

在分析高职院校思政课教师与辅导员专兼结合队伍建设必要性的基础上,结合目前各高职院校已经开展的各种形式的思政课教师与辅导员专兼结合队伍建设在具体实施过程中存在的矛盾和问题,探讨了解决相关问题的新机制,对推动高职院校思政课教师与辅导员专兼结合队伍建设、增强高职院校思想政治理论课的实效性等都有着重要的的理论和现实意义。

On Team Construction of Full-Time and Part-Time Ideological and Political Teachers and Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

It is important for higher vocational colleges to build a team of full-time and part-time ideological and political teachers and counselors.Presently various approaches have been developed to build such a teacher and counselor’s team in higher vocational colleges.However in the practice many problems arise.This paper proposes a new mechanism to deal with the problems,which is theoretically and practically significant for the promotion of the team construction and the enhancement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
