| 摘 要： | PASSIM接装机接装纸自动拼接后剩余过多,造成接装纸浪费。为降低生产成本,利用欧姆龙CPM1A PLC替代原机接装纸自动拼接系统中的计数功能,并增加了机器运行过程中接装纸的手动拼接功能,从而有效提高了拼接系统的控制精度,使接装纸剩余量由原来平均每盘剩余25.04 m减少为4.5 m,降低了接装纸消耗,节约了生产成本。

| Abstract: | There was considerable amount of tipping paper remaining on the exhausted bobbin after automatic splicing in PASSIM assembler.Omron CPM1A-PLC was used to take the place of the counter in original splicing system,and further,a new function of manual splicing during machine running was incorporated,the control precision was increased effectively.The remainding tipping paper was reduced from 25.04 m to 4.5 m,the tipping paper consumption decreased,and production cost was saved accordingly. |
