摘    要:在无汞锌合金粉中添加无机或有机缓蚀剂制备锌电极,用析氢试验、恒电流放电法、循环伏安法测定缓蚀剂对锌电极性能及抑制锌枝晶生长的影响。在电解MnO2中掺入LiOH和Bi2O3,加入导电剂、粘结剂调浆,涂在发泡镍网上,烘干,压制成MnO2电极,用循环伏安法测定MnO2电极的性能。试验表明,在锌合金粉中添加In2O和PbO可以降低析氢量,加入Bi2O3可以改善电极放电性能;在电解液中加入聚乙烯醇,可以抑制锌枝晶生长,延长锌电极寿命;在EMD中掺入Bi2O3和LiOH,可以提高MnO2电极的可充电性能

Abstract:Inorganic or organic additives were added into mercury free zinc alloy powder for preparing zinc electrode. The effects of the additives on performances of zinc electrode and dendrite growth of zinc were studied by means of hydrogen evolution experiment, cyclic voltammetry and constant current discharge. For the preparation of MnO 2 electrode, LiOH and Bi 2O 3 was added into electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD), then the EMD powder was mixed with conductive material and binder and finally the mixture was spread on nickel net. After drying and pressing, the MnO 2 electrode was manufactured. The performance of MnO 2 electrode were tested by cyclic voltammetry. The results show that: (1)Adding In 2O 3 and PbO into zinc alloy powder can reduce the amount of hydrogen evolution; (2)Adding Bi 2O 3 into the powder can improve discharge performance of zinc electrode; (3)Adding PVA into electrolyte can inhibit dendrite growth of zinc and extend life of zinc electrode; (4)Adding Bi 2O 3 and LiOH into EMD can improve charge/discharge performance of MnO 2 electrode.
