| 摘 要： | 基于服装行业供应商管理、评价的现状，探讨服装供应商评价指标的选取、权重的分配以及评价体系的构建。通过分析供应商评价选择的要求与标准，结合已有的研究成果和相关专家的意见，初步拟定了一个由7个一级指标和34个二级指标所组成的评价体系。其次，对14家服装企业的高层管理人员、采购管理人员及相关专家进行问卷调查和访谈，利用SPSS13.0 统计软件对问卷结果进行信度分析，验证了由调查结果所选取的25项指标内容的可行性，最终构建了一个适合服装企业供应商管理现状的一般性指标体系。
