摘    要:应用楔形平板剪切干涉技术,根据非定焦状态下干涉条纹的取向变化确定待测焦距,具有装置简单、测量方便、精度高等优点,并可用于不可见光区的测量。

Abstract:A new method of measuring the focal length based on the wedge-plate shesring interferometric tech- nique is presented. This method adopts the change of the fringe orientation to determine the focal length, and hence it has the advantages of simple apparatus, convenient adjustment and high accuracy.In addation, it can also be used in invisible regions.
