| 摘 要： | 所谓针对施工企业工程项目施工的现场管理，就是在施工企业生产过程中，通过科学有效的方式，使工程施工能够缩短工期、提高质量、节约成本。笔者通过自身生产实践，对施工企业的工程项目施工现场管理提出了一些解决办法。

| Abstract: | The scene management of engineering projects of the construction enterprise is that in the production process of, through scientific and effective way, construction enterprise can shorten the construction period, improve quality, and save cost. The author through his production practice puts forward some solutions to the construction site management of engine- ering project for construction enterprises. |
